Underwriting analyzes the deal using its fields, Five Fact Pattern scorecard, notes, completed call transcripts, and your workspace reference files.
Connect a provider (once)
A workspace admin connects Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, or DeepSeek in Settings → Underwriting. Your key, your costs, your control.
Feed it context
Upload reference files (market data, comps, SOPs) and write custom instructions in Settings → Underwriting. Both are injected into every run.
Run underwriting
Open the deal → Underwriting panel → Run Underwriting. Results stream in real time.
Review the score
The AI returns a 1–10 heat score with reasoning and flagged risks. Completed call transcripts are included automatically, newest first.
Override if needed
Your judgment wins. All previous runs stay in the panel history for comparison.
