Open the deal → Financials + Legal
The Cash Events panel sits next to Legal Matters.

Log Deployed events
Money going out — purchase price, cure costs, repair costs, closing costs. Enter type, amount, date, and an optional note.

Log Returned events
Money coming in — sale proceeds, earnest money returned.

Watch Net Deployed
The panel keeps a running Net Deployed total so you always know your true basis in the deal.

Check the dashboard
Cash event data rolls up into the Dashboard KPIs — cash allocated and average deal cycle.
Why It Matters
Curative deals have irregular cash flows. If you only track them in your accounting software, the acquisition team is flying blind.
